How I handle your information.

Short version: I collect the little you give me through the form, I use it to talk to you about your inquiry, and I don't sell it or pass it around. The longer version is below, written plainly because a privacy policy shouldn't need a translator.

What I collect

Only what you type into the form on this site: your name and business, your rough revenue range, what's pulling you toward AI, whether someone referred you, and your email. That's the whole list. I don't set tracking cookies, run ad pixels, or build a profile on you.

Counting visits

I use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages land. That's it. It's cookieless, it doesn't follow you around the web, and it can't identify you. Aggregate numbers, not surveillance.

What I use it for

To reply to you, to come to our first conversation already knowing your situation, and to work out whether I'm the right fit for your business. If we are a fit and you book a call, the scheduling runs through Cal.com, which needs your name and email to set the meeting up.

The tools that touch it

Two services help the form work, and they only ever see your details to do their job:

Neither is used to advertise to you, and I don't plug your details into any marketing tool.

Who I share it with

Nobody, beyond the two tools above. I don't sell your information, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. Ever.

How long I keep it

As long as we're in contact or there's a live reason to. If nothing comes of an inquiry, I clear it out. If you'd rather I delete your details sooner, just ask and I will.

Your say

You can ask me what I'm holding on you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email justin@justinpiercy.com and I'll sort it, usually within the week. No forms, no runaround.

The legal corner

I run this from Ontario, Canada, and handle your information under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and the anti-spam rules (CASL). If you're reaching out from somewhere else, the same plain principles hold: I collect as little as I can, I'm clear about why, and I delete it when you ask.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Nothing sneaky.
